JUDAS PRIEST In Talks To Headline South American Edition Of Thrash Of The Titans

A South American installment of the successful Thrash Of The Titans festival concert is currently being planned for April 13th in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and initial reports indicate that most of the acts that took part in the original gig (which served as a benefit for TESTAMENT vocalist Chuck Billy) will team up for the special event, which may or may not be headlined by JUDAS PRIEST. Details are sketchy at the moment, but it appears that EXODUS (featuring Steve Zetro Souza on vocals),VIO-LENCE, and FLOTSAM AND JETSAM (featuring original vocalist Eric A.K. on vocals) will almost certainly take part in the concert, which is expected to draw over 15,000 people to one of Sao Paulo's largest venues. At the moment, PRIEST's involvement in the event could not be confirmed, but it is understood that talks are currently underway for the British metal combo to headline the event, thus marking the band's first appearance in the country since early September when they completed a four-date headlining trek in Brazil. We will have more information when it becomes available.
